This video demonstrate laparoscopic repair of paraumbilical hernia performed by two port by Dr R K Mishra at World Laparoscopy Hospital. Hernia repair with mesh should be considered for patients with defects larger than 2 cm. Laparoscopic repair should be considered for obese patients, patients with defects larger than 2 cm, and patients with recurrent hernias. Robotic assistance has facilitated this approach.
